The back patio listed in pics, had been paved with concrete while in pics it was grass, which was a big reason I rented the location because I wanted to be able to go out and ground on the earth when I wake up and enjoy my coffee. There’s no ventilation in bathroom which explains the mold. The location is nice. Neighbors were quiet. Beach is 2 blocks away.

But I think it’s just because it’s an old house. I’m a clean freak so I was over analyzing to the max. It’s definitely a beach cottage. Host was great at communicating, location is unreal. Can walk to coffee and the beach. Parking is easy, no complaints! You do have to wash the dishes and sheets so that made me nervous on if the cleaning service cleans the dishes for you or if they count on the last person to do it well. Either way, Kent was an amazing host!!!

The bed was comfortable and the outdoor space was peaceful. These were our two priorities and they did not disappoint.
