General Questions
Do I have the whole space to myself?
This property is a duplex made up of identical floor plan, upper and lower units. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and 1 living room. Each unit has a private locking entrance door with individual lock combination. You will have the unit you rented to yourself.
Are there any shared spaces?
Just inside the main entrance is a common stairwell where it may be possible you run into guests from the other unit.
Do you have any cameras on the property?
For guests safety we do have a camera just outside the main front entrance facing the street.
What is included in your "stocked kitchen"?
We provide all your basic cooking necessities including plates, silverware, pots and pans. Many other amenities include, crockpot, toaster, and an outdoor grill. Coffee, filters, individually wrapped creamer and sugar is also provided.
What other things are provided?
Being close to the beach, we provide, beach chairs, toys, and there is even a cooler for your venture to the ocean. Be advised glass and alcohol are prohibited, but you may get away with alcohol if they are put into togo containers or solo cups.

Other Questions
Are sheets and towels provided?
We provide bath towels, beach towels and all bed linens. We also prvide all your basic bathroom necessities including shampoo, body wash, adequate supply of TP and paper towels.
When do I receive check in codes and details?
For the safety of current and future guests, we do not provide check in details until the morning of your check in date.
Is there parking on premises?
There are 5 total spots on property to split between both units. There are 3 parallel parking spots directly in front of the house, and 2 spots down the easement on the north side of the house in front of the garage.
Can I bring my dog/pet?
We love animals, but we do require a $75 pet fee that goes to the cleaners for the extra time it takes to prep the unit. They ensure if our next guests have pet allergies, they wont be affected.

Do I need to bring toiletries?
Although we realize many guests are partial to the soaps and shampoo they use, we do provide basic shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Can I host a party or event in this space?
Although we would love to be able to accomodate for such events, the close proximity to residential houses and family neighborhood doesn’t make this space suitable for such events. There is also posted city quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
